"We will never forget". Hundreds turn out for Remembrance services across Denbighshire
HUNDREDS of people turned out on Sunday to remember those who served and fell for their country.
In Abergele, the Remembrance Sunday parade marched along Water Street and on to Market Street before making its way to St Michael’s Church where a service was held.
Gwyrch Castle was lit red as part of the commemorations. In Towyn, a ceremony was held at the war memorial followed by a service at St Mary’s Church.
Cllr Edward Bateman, Mayor of Towyn and Kinmel Bay, laid a wreath.
The town of Rhuddlan paid its respects with a parade, led by the band of Air Training Corps.
